Shipping policy

Please go through the following shipping policies carefully, before placing your order:
  • Your order will be ready to ship within 2-3 working days, from the date of successful payment.
  • We offer free shipping pan-India. We only use surface transport modes and deliver to most cities and towns across India within 7-10 working days.
  • However, in the case of delivery locations that are remote in nature and/or with hilly terrain, like (but not limited to) Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, delivery may take up to 15 working days.
  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is complete, with proper pin code and contact details (mobile or landline number of recipient). In case of shipping delays due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping address, we will not be held responsible and no requests for refunds will be entertained. Customers will also have to bear shipping costs for re-attempt of delivery.
  • In cases where the delivery location lies within restricted areas, such as (but not limited to) Military bases, Air Force stations, Naval bases, Government buildings etc., the customer must ensure that delivery executives are able to receive necessary access and permissions to deliver the order to the required location. Failing to do so will result in the order being returned back to us. No requests for refunds will be entertained and customer will have to bear any additional shipping charges for re-attempt of delivery.
  • We have very strict quality control measures to make sure our products do not have any manufacturing defects before shipment. We take utmost care to ensure that our packaging prevents products from being damaged during shipping. However, in the unfortunate event that the products in your order arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery, with photographic evidence, by sending an email to hello@symplify.in. Alternatively, you can also notify us via WhatsApp to +91-9372121050.

  • We will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 working days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either arrange for a replacement of the product, or offer you a full refund.
  • In case of replacements or refunds, please repack the damaged product securely in its original packaging. It will then be picked up by our logistics partners within 7 working days. We will co-ordinate with you on call and/or WhatsApp, to ensure a smooth handover.
  • A full refund will be processed within 24 hrs of confirmation of pick-up of damaged product.
