Refund policy

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you.

  • If an order has been tampered with or the package is open/ damaged at the time of receipt, customers are advised NOT to accept the order and ask the courier executive to take it back. Additionally, they must inform us about the case, with photographic evidence, by sending an email to hello@symplify.in within 48 hours from the time of delivery, so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.
  • Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages or chip-offs.
  • Please check the electrical fittings like bulb-holders, wires and plugs for any damage.


Can I cancel the order?

We take great pride in all the designs we create and curate. In the rare case that you do not like the product, or are unable to make space for it, you may cancel the order only in the following cases and in the following manner.


  • Cancellation prior to shipping. You can cancel your order for any product at any time within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please call us at +91-9372121050 and mention the invoice number of the order that you wish to cancel. The complete amount paid by you as advance will be refunded to your account within 3-4 working days.
  • Cancellation after shipping. No cancellation of orders is allowed after the product has been shipped.
  • Cancellation after delivery. No cancellation of orders is allowed after the product has been delivered.
  • Cancellation of ‘Made to Order’ products. No cancellation of ‘Made to Order’ products is allowed.


What if I receive a damaged product?

  • We have very strict quality control measures to make sure our products do not have any manufacturing defects before shipment. We take utmost care to ensure that our packaging prevents products from being damaged during shipping. However, in the unfortunate event that the products in your order arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery, with photographic with photographic evidence, by sending an email to hello@symplify.in. Alternatively, you can also notify us via WhatsApp to +91-9372121050.
  • We will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 working days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either arrange for a replacement of the product, or offer you a full refund as per your choice.
  • In case of replacements, we require the damaged product to be repacked securely in its original packaging. It will then be picked up by our logistics partners during or after delivery of the replacement. We will co-ordinate with you on call and/or WhatsApp, to ensure a smooth handover.
